Frank De Varona's passion for boating began as a child in Puerto Rico, where he worked on boats as a mean to fulfill his passion. He left Puerto Rico to attend post secondary education in New England, where he obtained a Masters Degree in Science from Western New England College. He continued to foster a love affair with the sea by becoming a Dive Master for the Search and Rescue Team, and eventually attaining 100-ton Master's license. Frank hopes to bring professionalism, knowledge and an unsurpassed lever of service to Yachting Experts.

Born and raised in Miami, Betty's deep roots in the local community and the boating lifestyle go hand and hand. Upon graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, she pursued a career with BellSouth in Advertising Sales and Management. Understanding product positioning, promoting and advertising she joined Frank to further enhance his ability to effectively promote their vessels in the brokerage market as well as assist in the after sales process.

Her passion for the industry and commitment to their clients compliment this unique husband and wife team. "Our clients are more than buyers, they're our friends, whom we help further enhance their experience through knowledge, commitment and service. " In addition to raising a family, she is committed to her community through her volunteer services with the Holtz Children's Hospital Guardian Angel program.

Their family ties and values, as well as their experience raising 2 boys and an infant girl through fishing tournaments and getaways, exemplify what the boating lifestyle is meant to be. An experience to further bring that unit called Family together.

Andrew has extensive experience in captaining and managing a varied range of motor yachts as well as running his own charter company.

His interest in the sea started when he served as a fully trained diver in the South African Navy. However his passion for yachts began when he joined a private mega yacht as a deckhand in Miami in 1992, following that experience he decided that he wished to establish a career within the yachting industry and he has subsequently studied and obtained his captains qualifications.

He has worked on various size motor yachts up to 200 feet for, private and charter clients and always provides outstanding customer service.

He has travelled extensively around the world before settling in Miami, where he has called it home for the last nine years.

His wealth of skills, knowledge and experience as a captain and his continued commitment to provide the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction will only benefit yachting experts as he moves into their sales department.

Captain Keith Romer was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has had a passion for the water and yachts since a very young age. Keith was introduced to Sailing by his grandfather and sailboat builder Don Romer. Hailing from the Coconut Grove Sailing Club where the family are still members today. Throughout grade and high school, Keith was a constant face around the Miami waters whether crewing, maintaining or even teaching the sailing basics to local yacht owners.

After going to college for an EMT degree, Keith attained his USCG Captains License and a degree to teach sailing certified by the American Sailing Association. While captaining and teaching on sailing yachts his interest in motor yachts was growing as was the motor yacht market, so he made the switch. For the following few years, Keith managed a successful Marine company focused on chartering, maintaining and managing refits in South Florida. Keith managed and captain yachts for many famous people including movie stars and singers. To gain more navigational experience Keith started delivering motor yachts for his clients for various ports of call. From the Caribbean to the far Northeast, the Great Lakes and the U.S. River System.

Keith's career continued growing by word of mouth and Keith was offered a position onboard an exclusive Charter Megayacht. Cruising grounds included the Caribbean, Bahamas and Northeast. After a few successful seasons, Keith was offered a position from Broward Marine as a Corporate Captain. Moving on from Broward Marine, Keith started working as a Private Captain and Managing Refits while working on his career as a Yacht and Charter sales consultant. Keith hopes to bring his vast Yachting knowledge to help you with any of your yachting needs.

Roger Andrade holds over 15 years of experience in the Maritime industry. His love affair with the seas began prior to conception, as he was born to an avid boating family in his native country Venezuela. He ultimately decided to pursue an International Master License of 3000 Gross tons at the Nautical School of Venezuela where he began his career in the industry as a Merchant Marine Pilot Officer. He began to travel to and from the United States in 2003 as a corporate Captain for important manufacturers in the U.S. and Europe. His world traveling and diverse product knowledge enabled Roger to be a sought-after Captain by affluent members of the South Florida and Latin American boating communities. Roger joins the Yachting Experts team to share and apply his experience in order to fulfill our customers' needs, making their boating a priceless and unforgettable experience.

Alex Gonzalez is a yacht broker and also the director of operations for Latin America at Yachting Experts. He has been a resident of Miami for 35 years and has been a boater since he was a kid, so he truly shares the love of boating with his clients. Throughout his life he has traveled extensively for business and pleasure throughout Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia giving him a vast knowledge of the international markets. He is especially familiar with the Latin American and Caribbean market. Alex is fluent in both English and Spanish. This knowledge, experience and marketing skills translates into positive results for his clients. He is a true professional who works hard and excels by building long lasting, personal and trusting relationships with his clients. Providing excellent customer service before and after the sale are some of the key elements to his success.

Ernesto Bustamante has been involved in the marine industry since he was a young boy; nevertheless, he has a great deal of experience operating his own family's power boats. He has boated in Latin America, Bahamas, and SE Coast of Florida. Ernesto worked directly with Bertram Yachts while pursuing his International Finance and Marketing degree at the University of Miami; and was also the Captain of the UM Water-Ski team at his university. Ernesto is professionally knowledgeable of all high-end quality yacht lines such as Bertram, Viking, Hatteras, Riviera, Azimut, and Atlantis just to name a few. Ernesto works with a PFIRM mind frame; meaning, Professionalism, Fit, Integrity, Relationships, and Mentoring. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is an ideal intermediary in allocating your next Yacht. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in the Yachting Industry; his response was: "as romantic as it may sound; In my opinion, you always have to pursue your own dreams and ideas, because you are the only one who can shape, manipulate, and bring them to existence with enthusiasm."

Born in Venezuela, Rafael was introduced to boating at a very young age where he grew a passion for the sea in the paradisiacal beaches of Morrocoy. This passion enticed him to pursue a career in exporting and transporting pleasure to boats to Latin American ports. Upon building a successful business, he decided to pair his abilities to export with his knowledge of the boating market; thus, complementing his current structure through yacht brokering.
